Mr. Xiaosong Li is Founding Partner and Director of Beijing Yongwen Law Firm. With over 20 years’ working experience in legal services, Mr. Li has been involved in a wide range of practice areas, including corporate governance, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and foreign listing and bond issuance, private equity investment, real estate and infrastructure, non-performing assets disposal and commercial litigation and arbitration. Mr. Li has served as Legal Counsel of China Railway (formerly the Ministry of Railways) and other ministries, and has provided legal services to central enterprises such as China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petrochemical Corporation, China North Industries Group Corporation Limited, China Electronics Corporation, and financial institutions such as Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Everbright Bank, China Cinda Asset Management Co., LTD. and China Insurance Security Fund Co., LTD. With full experience, Mr. Li handled the A-share listing of the first large transportation company in China Daqin Railway Co., LTD., the issuance of the first batch of corporate bonds in China, the exemption of tender offer of the first batch of listed companies and the overall relocation of the first listed company.
Mr. Li has settled a number of high-profile projects, including: China Electronics Corporation’s merger and acquisition of Pactera, the private equity investment project of ZGC Co-innovation Fund etc. Mr. Li currently focuses on major arbitration, litigation and retrial in the economic field, providing solutions to clients when involved in major arbitration and litigation.
